If your parcel is large in size and light in weight, the delivery price may be calculated by the parcel’s volumetric weight rather than its actual weight. To calculate volumetric weight, use the formula below. Parcel weight is rounded up to the nearest half kilo. The Greater of the two weights will be used to calculate the delivery cost.

On Point’s shipment charges are calculated according to the higher value of the actual or volumetric weight per piece and any piece may be re-weighed and re-measured by ON POINT to confirm this calculation.
The shipper or receiver shall pay or reimburse ON POINT for all shipment or other charges due, any custom duties owed for services provided by ON POINT or incurred by ON POINT EXPRESS on behalf of the shipper or receiver. Payment of custom duties may be requested prior to delivery.
ON POINT EXPRESS takes care of all customs and clearance requirements for its customers, which may include:
ON POINT EXPRESS maintains the highest standard for shipping and delivery procedures. Shipments are delivered to the receiver’s address given by the shipper but not necessarily to the named receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area but not to PO boxes or postal codes.
ON POINT EXPRESS may notify the receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery and also offer alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day.

ON POINT EXPRESS will, to the best of its efforts, try to return the shipment to shipper by charging a fee. If the shipper fails to pay it, the shipment may be released, disposed of or sold and the proceedings of the sale will be applied against custom duties, shipment charges and related administrative costs incurred by ON POINT EXPRESS and the balance will be returned to shipper.
